Bars, restaurants and shops are situated along the promenade some distance from the holiday accommodation, there really is something for everyone. From the beginning of June, the park entertainment organises a variety of activities with evening entertainment for all the family. With many pitches situated in beautiful woodland, this is a great place to relax, as well as offering plenty of activities for the more energetic. The park's stunning beach has direct access and there is a convenient bus link to Punta Sabbioni, where you can take a boat to Venice.
Cisano/San Vito at Lake Garda

This attractive park on the eastern shores of Lake Garda is situated just outside the small village of Cisano di Bardolino to the north of the old Venetian port of Lazise. San Vito is set just away from the lake but shares facilities, including a lakeside beach, with adjacent Cisano; access via an underpass. A welcoming and friendly park which has the advantage of generally grassy emplacements on both sites, with holiday homes on San Vito and canvas on Cisano. San Vito has a small pool, but most facilities, including a larger pool complex, restaurant and bar, are on Cisano. There's a lively animation programme from mid-May when games and competitions are on offer for all the family as well as fortnightly outdoor discotheques.

Activities such as football and volleyball are available, and even supervised deep sea diving at the beach of the nearby charming coastal town of San Vito lo Capo. The park has its own private rocky beach reached via a pathway from the park. The park offers a bar, pizzeria, children's playground, mini market and a large swimming pool, filled with clear blue water from the Mediterranean. This town is famous for its annual couscous festival in mid September and nearby are the Zingaro Nature Reserve and the hamlet of Scopello, where scenes from the film Ocean's Twelve were filmed. We would recommend that you hire a car if you wish to explore further a field than San Vito Lo Capo.

The grassy pitches, surrounded by small hedges, are situated in a quieter part of the lively site, where there is also plenty of opportunity to relax. At the heart of the site is the superb pool complex. The lagoon style pool and waterslides will be enjoyed by children of all ages, and there is also a separate Olympic sized pool. In the evenings, the main square comes alive there is a weekly street market, plus a superb animations programme that will be enjoyed by the whole family.

In the small town of Sarteano, with its medieval hilltop castle, Parco delle Piscine is absolutely first class and set within a parkland area of the gorgeous Tuscan countryside. The swimming pools and children's pool are fed by running thermal spring water at a constant 24 Celsius; one pool is exclusive to the park guests and is open from the end of June, whereas the other two are open to the public. This park has proven to be immensely popular where you will find tennis courts and a pool bar that is perfect for long, relaxing evenings. The location of the park makes many of Italy's most important historical sights easy to access and your holiday wouldn't be complete without a visit to the spas at Chianciano, San Casciano or San Filippo.
