The large children's and Olympic-sized swimming pools are always popular, as well as the bars, restaurants and shops situated along the promenade some distance from the holiday accommodation. Plenty of activities for the more energetic are on offer, but with the pitches situated in beautiful woodland, this is a great place to relax. A variety of activities and evening entertainment for all the family are arranged from the beginning of June by the animator. There is a convenient bus link to Punta Sabbioni, where you can take a boat to Venice.

The beach adjoining Camping Ca'Savio is truly impressive; mile after mile of glorious golden sand, gently shelving into the warm waters of the Adriatic. Here the children can play safely, build sand castles, splash around, or hire a pedalo. The site is split by two roads, with an underpass and roadside attendants for pedestrians.

All the pitches enjoy some shade on this steeply terraced park set on a hillside. With a first-class restaurant on a terrace that overlooks the pool complex, the friendly owners have provided excellent amenities. Your children can enjoy the water safely with their own 'lagoon' style shallow pool complex. A great place for an evening stroll is the small medieval village of Castagneto Carducci which is a short distance inland, where you can sample their famous ice cream. It is possible enjoy some of the region's other delights including the Etruscan wine trail and the famous cities of Siena, Pisa and Florence due to the park's ideal location.

This town is famous for its annual couscous festival in mid September and nearby are the Zingaro Nature Reserve and the hamlet of Scopello, where scenes from the film Ocean's Twelve were filmed.
