Le Val de Durance is situated in the relaxing surroundings of the Luberon National Park in Provence. There is plent of countryisde for you to explore on this 9 acre site of lush woodland and private lake with a supervised sandy beach. The holiday park has a great pool complex with a new twisting water slide to the larger swimming pool and paddling pool. Le Val de Durance is a friendly park with childrens facilities such as a games room and playground with other useful amenities including a small shop and snack bar/ takeaway. The huge Californian pool complex is great fun for all the family and includes a children's pool with water games, and a covered heated pool, toboggans, solarium and jacuzzi. Throughout the season there are aqua aerobics, water polo and water volleyball tournament and in July and August swimming lessons, fun waterskiing and even deep-sea diving instruction. The park has a restaurant, bar, supermarket, fitness room, tennis court, boules pitch, archery and mountain biking. There is also free evening entertainment and themed restaurant nights. Due to the undulating nature of the terrain on this park and the placement of some of the pitches on quite steep terraces, this park is not ideal for those with mobility problems.
Esterel at St Raphael, Cote d'Azur

The heated, jungle themed children's pool is not to be missed. Esterel really is a perfect holiday location, with an excellent restaurant and disco on the park and a night club and golf courses close by. The Esterel hills, with their wooded slopes and pink outcrops, are also truly breathtaking. It's an ideal spot for nature lovers, with many superb walks, from gentle strolls to robust hikes. For more sophisticated pleasures, you are also just a couple of miles drive through a wooded valley to Agay, with its pavement cafes and sandy beach.
Les Sablons at Portiragnes Plage, Languedoc
The holiday park is very pleasant with great facilities and direct access to a broad stretch of fine, sandy beach. Les Sablons is just half a mile from the popular resort of Portiragnes-Plage. The pool complex has swimming and children's pool with great water slides, and of course sun terraces in pleasant grounds. La Baume at Frejus, Cote d'Azur
Close to the Esterel forest, la Baume has an excellent range of facilities which makes it one of the most popular parks on the French Riviera. This large, lively park has a Californian-style pool complex that includes a covered pool and tropical palm tree islands. There is also a completely separate and beautifully designed lagoon pool with still more slides, providing wonderful facilities for all. The park's first class facilities also include two bars, restaurant and tennis courts, play area, take-away and fitness room. It really is a site to suit everyone, with a full and varied entertainment programme and a lively disco. The Roman town of Frajus is 4km away, with its broad sandy beach, bars and restaurants. Traffic from the nearby motorway can be heard.
Domaine de Massereau at Sommieres, Languedoc
Part of the prestigious Castels chain, the park owners have created a unique theme, based around the stunning wine producing chateau. Guests are able to take guided tours around the chateau and vineyard and purchase a wide variety of wine that the estate produces every year. The pitches are located amongst tranquil and picturesque oak trees and the facilities including a heated swimming pool and park restaurant, will appeal to families with young children. There is also an indoor spa, jacuzzi and sauna, and in May, June and September, you will get a free 45 minute session when you spend more than 3 nights on park (small charge otherwise). Off park try trekking at the Camargue National Park or take a ride along the 25 miles of purpose built cycle track which runs from Sommieres through the park itself.

La Sirene is located just north of Argeles-sur-Mer which is famed for its five mile stretch of golden sand. This is a large family park that has lots of activities to keep the whole family busy including a large tropical pool complex. Scuba diving lessons are available in the pool, windsurfing, tennis, mini golf and even a free bus service to the beach. As you would expect most evenings are often spent in the open air bar, which is also the venue for regular late night cabaret and karaoke throughout the season. While beyond the park, you will enjoy the spectacular Pyrenees that form the dramatic backdrop to the spacious, sandy beaches and the park itself.

Val de Cantobre at Cantobre, Ardeche
Spectacularly positioned in the Dourbie Valley between the Tarn Gorges and the Cevennes National Park, you are assured of a warm welcome at this exceptional park. Access has never been easier due to the new Millau Viaduct. Though quite steep, the open terraced pitches offer fantastic views looking out over the nearby village of Cantobre which clings to the rock face. The park offers many amenities, including a restaurant, bar and pizzeria housed in the medieval farm buildings at the bottom of the park. Yet the real beauty of Cantobre is the breadth of outdoor activities on offer. This is also a Walking and Wildlife park.
Six Four les Plages at Six Four les Plages, Riviera
Coastal trails meander along hidden inlets and creeks all the way to the lovely fishing port of Le Brusc, with its animated nightlife.
