Guests are able to take guided tours around the chateau and vineyard and purchase a wide variety of wine that the estate produces every year. The pitches are located amongst tranquil and picturesque oak trees and the facilities including a heated swimming pool and park restaurant, will appeal to families with young children. There is also an indoor spa, jacuzzi and sauna, and in May, June and September, you will get a free 45 minute session when you spend more than 3 nights on park (small charge otherwise). Off park try trekking at the Camargue National Park or take a ride along the 25 miles of purpose built cycle track which runs from Sommieres through the park itself.

Le Farret benefits from direct access to a wonderful sandy Mediterranean beach and the site's excellent restaurant and pirate-themed bar facilities have more than enough to entertain you for the duration of your stay, however if you can tear yourself away from the park a short 500m walk will take you directly into Vias Plage with its lively bars, restaurants and nightclubs.
Douce Quietude at St Raphael, Cote d'Azur
Just 5km away are lovely sandy beaches, some of the best along the Mediterranean coastline, Camping Douce Quietude is a wonderful family run site near the lively resort of St Raphael. Whilst quieter and more peaceful during low season, the site becomes livelier in July and August when entertainment and discos are arranged for the whole family. Spend your days relaxing at the attractive campsite swimming pool, where the children will enjoy the waterchute.
