There's also a superb outdoor pool with waterslide, as well as an indoor pool and a fountain that children always seem to love. In the evening, you can have a relaxing drink in the bar, which is also the scene of regular family discos in high season, or perhaps enjoy a meal in the equally pleasant restaurant. There are several shops not too far from the park, including a well-stocked supermarket, which is open from June onwards.
Domaine de Dugny at Onzain
The park is situated between Blois and Amboise and provides a perfect base for exploring the many beautiful chateaux of the Loire Valley. The beautiful lake offers fishing, relaxing and pedalos; while the pool complex has fantastic slides as well heated children's area. Entertainment is catered for with the children's clubs during the day and evening shows including a monthly themed evening with meal and entertainment. Camping le Clarys Plage at St Jean-Plage
Located at the entrance to Camping le Clarys Plage are the feature waterslides and jacuzzi, fountains and bridges, as well as a separate covered pool and a paddling pool for the children. The bar terrace overlooks the pool area, providing an excellent spot to relax with a cool drink, and is the venue for the evening entertainment that takes place regularly throughout the season. There is a pizzeria on site, but no shop or restaurant, however there is a supermarket and a choice of bars and restaurants just a short walk away.
Les Alicourts Resort at Pierrifitte
Les Alicourts Resort is a Michelin awarded '4 red tent' site, set beside a glorious lake, deep within rural countryside. The pitches are generally spacious and grassy with some shaded by mature oak trees. The pool complex and luxurious spa centre are the main attractions. The fantastic pools with wave pool and water chutes will keep the children amused for hours, while adults can relax in the spa with treatments including massages, a sauna and Turkish bath. For the golfing enthusiasts the campsite boasts a 9 hole golf course. St Cast is nearby and is a charming resort with a soft sandy beach perfect for soaking up the sun or strolling along the beautiful coastal walks. St Malo and Dinan are worth visiting and are within easy reach.

For any keen surfers this resort is the perfect location, with the beautiful fine sand beaches of the â€œChampions' Paradiseâ€, the Pointe de la Torche: a major surfing centre only 10km away.
Parc de Fierbois at Tours
Set in 250 acres of glorious wooded parkland and surrounding a private chateau this site is just one mile from the village of St Catherine de Fierbois. At this park you will find an impressive modern poolside bar complex to please all the family, with entertainment in high season. You are also close to a lakeside beach where you can hire pedalos and canoes. It is ideally situated for exploring the Chateau of the Loire region and the vineyards of Chinon and Vouvray. The town of Tours is also close by and is ideal for shopping and sightseeing.

The park has a feeling of peace and spaciousness and coupled with the excellent facilities makes it popular with families. Most of the pitches are grassy and some are partly shaded; the park is looked after to a high standard with mature trees and shrubs enhancing the area. Morlaix is worth visiting with its pretty setting along a river estuary and its old, cobbled shopping streets.

Le Mane Guernehue is a family-run site, one and a half miles from Baden and near to the beautiful Gulf of Morbihan. Excellent facilities, although at the top of a fairly steep hill, include a swimming pool with waterslides,jacuzzi, sauna, bar and restaurant. The family will enjoy relaxing at the south facing beaches or exploring the rock pools and coves just four miles away at ÃƒÅ½le aux Moines. During July and August the campsite staff organise daytime and evening entertainment for the whole family.

La Plage is a most pretty park, with direct accessto the beach. It is neatly divided by trees and hedges and set amidst the well-kept gardens of an old Breton farmhouse. It boasts a popular, small swimming pool with waterslide, it's also just a short walk from a shop, take-away and bar/restaurant with lovely sea views. All sorts of activities are organised for children in high summer and older ones can also join in the fun at occasional concerts in the bar. Beyond the park, La Trinite-sur-Mer, originally a small fishing port, is now an important centre for the yachting fraternity and also has a popular market.

For those who prefer the salty version the beach is a short walk and is great for jumping waves, body boarding or relaxing in the sun. There is an extensive programme of activities supplied by the Al Fresco children's club as well as the on site facilities including children's playground; tennis; table tennis and football/volleyball pitch. Off site there are plenty of things to keep you occupied with bike hire around the corner; Atlantic Toboggan water park a short drive away to the picturesque town of St Giles Croix De Vie; the wonderful promenade at St Jean de Monts with a fantastic long beach, cafes, bars and shops all within a short drive. A little further away you will find the zoo at Sables which is worth a visit.

Camping le Chatelet is a gem, set amidst rolling heath land with breathtaking sea views. Some of our terraced grassy emplacements look across the bay, and seawards to the ancient hilltop Fort la Latte. The site is small and beautiful and has been carefully developed to make the most of its setting. The small pool is a sun-trap; surrounded by hedges and fragrant flowers; you can relax on the sun terrace soaking up the peaceful surroundings. At the centre of the site is a picturesque small lake, a tranquil oasis for relaxing, or watching the local wildlife. With a friendly atmosphere and good facilities, Camping la Foret is popular holiday park. The pool area has a lovely sunbathing terrace and is the ideal place to laze in the sun while the children enjoy the heated pools. The site is also not far from the busy seaside town of St. Jean-de-Monts to which has an excellent range of restaurants. The resort of Notre-Dame-de-Monts is also just a few kilometres away.
