L'Atlantique's centrepiece is undoubtedly the swimming pool complex, which has a new covered pool, jacuzzi and health and beauty centre in addition to large waterslides and spectacular pools. You will also be equally impressed by the authentic fishing boat in the play area and the ocean-themed mini golf. In peak season, the owners organise competitions, sports, evening entertainment and discos and they have also created some pitches bordered by hedges, as well as clean, modern toilet blocks. With a lovely beach right on its doorstep, l'Atlantique enjoys an idyllic setting too, ideal for families with children. The walk to the beach even takes you across a stream and through a nature reserve with all kinds of wildlife and you will also find plenty of places to dine nearby.

The high point of many people's holiday here is the wonderful swimming pool complex with its sun terraces, outdoor pool, choice of water-slides, heated indoor pool and even a jacuzzi. And yet, the magnificent beach at Merlin Plage is just a short stroll away, with the beaches of St Jeande- Monts just a little further. Even so, superb swimming facilities and wonderful beaches are only a small part of the reason for coming to this super park. There is an excellent children's play area here, and activities are first class too, with lively regular entertainment in the bar throughout the season, sometimes going on quite late in high summer. There are also several restaurants open nearby in the height of the season. Some of our pitches are across a road from the main park facilities.

Le Mane Guernehue is a family-run site, one and a half miles from Baden and near to the beautiful Gulf of Morbihan. Excellent facilities, although at the top of a fairly steep hill, include a swimming pool with waterslides,jacuzzi, sauna, bar and restaurant. The family will enjoy relaxing at the south facing beaches or exploring the rock pools and coves just four miles away at ÃŽle aux Moines. During July and August the campsite staff organise daytime and evening entertainment for the whole family.

The facilities on site are superb and include a landscaped pool complex, which offers five waterslides with their own splash pool, a children's pool and a swimming pool, a new jacuzzi pool opened in 2010. Overlooking the complex is the bright and attractive bar area, housed in a white washed, terracotta tiled building typical of the Vendee. Relax here with a refreshing drink, whilst the children splash around in the water. In high season families can enjoy a good programme of lively entertainment including discos, bingo and karaoke. The park owners are very proud of their park and are keen for park regulations to be respected. Just a little way from the coast road, La Yole also offers you a beautiful beach nearby and two super resorts just down the road. Out and about, you'll find chic St. Jean de Monts just up the coast which offers a nice change of pace. There's a lovely air of relaxation about this part of the Vendee too, with its myriad of cosy cafes and seaside stalls selling local wine and produce. And should you just want to explore, you'll find that the whole area is covered with fragrant pine forests.

Les Mouettes is situated near one of the most beautiful bays on the Breton coast. Carantec has a feeling of peace and spaciousness that makes it a popular choice with families. Mature trees and shrubs enhance the park area where most of the pitches are grassy and some are partly shaded but, there are also some large, sunny pitches. One of the main attractions is the impressive swimming pool complex overlooked by the bar terrace, where the children will enjoy floating along the lazy river surrounding the huge water chutes. They can also try their hand at the unusual 18-hole crazy-golf course, not forgetting the beach is just 1.5km away. The picturesque old port of Roscoff is near by and offers boat trips to the island of Batz.

La Yole is one of the most popular sites in the region. It is located just two miles from the beach of Les Mouettes in a restful setting and family atmosphere. The restaurant, offers a varied menu, and pleasant bar overlook the swimming pools. Evening entertainment, held at the bar can get quite lively during high season and may be heard from some parts of the site.

In fact, in early and late summer the park is especially suited to those wanting a quiet holiday with small children and having direct access to the sandy banks of the river Elle it really comes into its own.
